I was in the office to get some information for loan options for a purchase of a property, the service was very unprofessional and i was told an email will be sent to me in details but have not received it. I already have foreign/diaspora account that was opende 10yrs a go. The issue is very time sensitive, if it is not possible to get the loan information, i need to be informed so i can close the account and open somewhere else. I already have looked at the property i want and selected for purchase, i also have all the information i think its needed to go through the process. Prompt response is appreciated.
