On 16th August 2021 around 6:20 pm, I tried to withdraw 2000 Birr using Nib Bank's ATM card at the at the Meri-Luque branch. The ATM failed to discharge the requested money while it was deducted from my account. On 17th August 2021, I completed a form so that the deducted money will be credited back to my account. Its been two weeks and the money has not credited yet to my account. This is just to file my complaint in that the process is taking too long.
