Legal Service Department falls under the general direction of the president it plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities in its mandate. It facilitates the function of providing legal opinion, designing and preparing loan, pledge/mortgage and other contracts that govern the day to day operations of the bank, facilitates the execution of legal actions such as litigation and foreclosure, handles cases, appeals, defenses, provides legal advice’s to the president, vice presidents and other organs of the bank to ensure that legality reigns in the bank.
